Find real shooting scenes
The supplying factory should be able to show photos of the actual shop floor, including production workers, sewing or assembly stations, sorting areas, and bulk packaging areas. This helps buyers understand whether the supplier controls production directly or simply routes orders to other factories.
Confirm sample and material control
Before mass production, please confirm the sponge density, bulkiness, webbing width, PU backing, logo color and packaging materials. Stable factories keep sample records so that subsequent orders can adhere to established standards.
Clearly verify the MOQ and delivery time.
Professional factories provide different solutions for orders of 500 pieces, 3000 pieces, 10000 pieces and larger quantities. Small-volume orders are suitable for testing, while larger-volume orders can reduce unit costs and allow for more packaging customization options.
Ask about final packaging
Good OEM work is more than just manufacturing gimmicks. Counting, bagging, labeling, barcode stickers, carton marking and export packaging all impact the final customer experience.
